Who will deliver my order?

We will personally deliver your order.

When do you deliver?

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 1.30pm, and from 3pm to 6.30pm.
Sunday from 10am to 1.30pm.

Can I directly pick up my order from the shop?

Certainly. Just select the “in-store pick up” option and then you can personally collect the products in our shop in Via Salvella 11, Rovato (BS), 25038, Italy.

In which municipalities do you deliver and how much does it cost?

• Rovato, Coccaglio: €3.00
• Castrezzato, Cazzago San Martino, Cologne: €5.00
• Chiari, Erbusco, Ospitaletto: €6.00
• Adro, Berlingo, Castegnato, Castelcovati, Corte Franca, Lograto, Travagliato, Trenzano: €9.00
• Paderno Franciacorta, Palazzolo s/O, Passirano, Provaglio di Iseo, Rodengo Saiano: €12.00

Is it possible to request delivery to a municipality other than those indicated?

Yes, it is possible to request delivery to municipalities not listed by emailing info@fioripelizzari.itor by calling us on +39 0307706405. You will then be informed of the price for delivery to the desired municipality.

Who should I contact for same-day delivery?

For same-day deliveries please contact us by phone at +39 0307706405 or by e-mail at info@fioripelizzari.it. In this way we can best advise you according to our day-to-day availability.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will be notified of the issue.

In case you provided a telephone number in the delivery details, we will try to get in touch with you to arrange a new delivery time.

What happens in the event of an incorrect delivery address?

If the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we shall not be liable for any failure to deliver at the arranged time. You can still change your address by contacting us by e-mail at info@fioripelizzari.it or by phone at +39 0307706405.
